Hi, I’m Frances K.

I had the good fortune of growing up near the beaches of Southern California, in Huntington Beach. My childhood was spent body surfing, fishing, and enjoying Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. In my later childhood, my family relocated to San Diego, where I finished schooling.

I’ve worked primarily in upper-management positions throughout my career. Later, I shifted gears, leaving the corporate world to pursue selling real estate. In 2015, I became a full-time specialist in timeshare resales, where I have found my niche.

My ‘wheelhouse’ of specialty includes Marriott, Vistana, Hyatt, Hilton, and some Mexico timeshares on the resale market. Whether you’re a buyer or seller, lean on my expertise to navigate your timeshare transaction.
